Wednesday, Jan 7th - Improv Workshop - 5 to 6 p.m. - Free

Ever thought that adults need to have a playground period? Learning how to do improv can be a fun way to restore play in your life.

These weekly, hour-long improvisation workshops will allow participants to gain practice through a variety of exercises and games to build the spirit of play in performance. We'll revisit the basics of stagecraft, voice, and presentation, gain confidence in working with a scene partner, practice giving a monologue on a random topic, explore avenues of physical self-expression, and strengthen your capacity to trust your intuition.

The workshop will provide theory and multiple opportunities to practice.

Drop-ins welcome, pay by donation.

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that allow for physical movement.
